Acceptable Weight Variation

We will do our best to cut & prepare our products to the same weights as specified online, however in some instances the weight may be slightly over or slightly under.  As it is impractical to process refunds or charge more at this stage, we will ensure that the variation never exceeds more or less than 10% of any specific item.


If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the quality of produce received, you should notify us within 24hours of receipt.  We will deal with your complaint immediately and personally.  Please note that we are unable to accept returned goods due to their perishable nature.

Delivery Arrangements

All orders will be delivered by our chosen specialist delivery service APC or by one of our own delivery vehicles.  Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to accept your chill pack.  If no one is available to accept the chill pack the driver will not return the package back to the depot but will leave it at the premises unsigned for.  Please note you can leave instructions for our delivery drivers when placing the order, for example if you want it left in garden shed. However please remember that all of our packages contain perishable goods.

Delivery failure

In the event of your order failing to arrive when expected, please contact us by email or by telephone within 24 hours of the expected delivery time.


We regret that due to the very short timescale between placing your order & processing it for delivery, you cannot cancel your order once it has been placed.
