Description

Made in traditional open pans and packed with crunchy British veg, tart Bramley apples and gentle spices; Sarah Darlington originally created this tangy pickle for her farmer husband Tim to have with his daily Ploughman’s lunch. It took seven attempts before Tim finally gave it his seal of approval, hence it’s name – Ploughman’s Pickle No.7

Ingredients: Carrots, Bramley Apples, Sugar, Onion, Water, Spirit Vinegar, Malt Vinegar (From Barley), Swede, Cauliflower, Cornflour, Dates, Gherkins, Tomato Paste, Colour: Natural Caramel, Garlic, Spices, Salt.
