Pure Goose Fat


Pure Goose Fat – produced from free range geese.  It produces perfect roast potatoes, roast vegetables and makes great fried bread.

Pre-heat the oven to 220C / 425F / Gas Mark 7 and melt plenty of goose fat in a shallow baking tray. Place part boiled potatoes or vegetables into the tray and bake for approx. 45 minutes – turn and baste occasionally. For fried bread add the fat to a frying pan, place the bread in the pan with salt and black pepper.
