Our Galloway Scotch Pies are made to our own delicious recipe using local lamb and beef mince combined with specially selected spices. We then cook these off in our oven and pack them in 2’s
Ingredients: Beef 16%, Lamb 3%, Rusk: Salt, Spices (white pepper, coriander, mustard), Wheat flour (contains calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), Flavour Enhancer E621, Dextrose, Spice Extracts, Water. Pie lid and shell: Fortified Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour with added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin, Wheat Gluten), Water, Rice Flour, Shortening (Palm Oil, Rapeseed Oil).
