This premium beef joint makes a wonderful centre piece for all those special occasions and makes a great alternative to turkey for Christmas Dinner. Hand prepared by our butcher, we leave it with the bone in, however if you would prefer we can remove the bone and re-tie them to allow for easier carving yet still get the full flavour and juiciness of on the bone meat.
